Penta Real Estate was formed by separating the real estate division from the company Penta Investments, whose origins date back to 1994. Penta Group entered the real estate sector in 2005 and has since become the leader in the real estate market in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.

One of the group’s newest project that is the residences in revitalised Nusle Beer Brewery in Prague 4, designed by studios CMC architects and Chybík Krištof architekti. The sensitive reconstruction of the protected heritage buildings shall in future be supplemented with about 400 flats. Stores, services and offices shall also be available here.
